Hola friends - this track is a slightly shorter and remixed version of the album track - it was remixed by Martin Metcalfe - who I sometimes collaborate with as songwriter. This song had an interesting inception - as I had originally thought it would be a good for ye olde 'Rezillos' - but it went a different way - & took on a strange hybrid identity of country & girl group - so lots of harmonies and lots of wummmman! And is now a central core of The Countess live set. The song is about freedom and about letting things go while holding on to what's important. Its also about travelling through beauty and nature and yes-its also about rock & roll - something I've spent a lot of my life doing ......
